i put this movie into my drive and opend shrink, it analyzed but when i hit backup it got to 1% encoding then it it said parameter is in correct? what do i do?

It might be that the "compression" value is not valid. For example, if you have a double-layer DVD with 8gb of data then the compression must be almot 50% before you can fit it onto a 4.7gb dvd.

Try to adjust the compression ratio.

Try ripping with DVD Decrypter or DVDFab decrypter than open the file with shrink and proceed as normal.
