duox2 flashedw/cromwell edition :error 16?

ummm isnt the flashed part supposed to mean the no clock check is on in a doux2 flashed cromwell... i dont get it i know since i deleted the m$ dash and my xbox has been unplugged longer then 5 hours ofcourse it would make since for the error 16 to occur but my ? is"is the error 16 really happening on this modchip, because it is brand new and also i installed it pretty well so i think it is the clock does anyone know if this modchip has the skip clock check function?

note: does not boot with power button just starts then turns off, boots with eject button then goes to error 16 after xbox screen. has never booted the modchip it is BRAND NEW and has never been past this error 16.

LET ME KNOW OR HELP ME FIX IT PREFERIBLY WITH NO PROGRAMMER
