Can I Use A Video Card To Recieve Cable/Sky TV On My Computer?

I have a cable digital set top box and was wondering if i could use a video card to recieve the channels on my computer

Please help!!!

As long as your vid card has a "CATV" or "VIDEO IN", be it S-video or coaxial, yes you can use it to recieve signal on your computer.

I installed ATI ALL-IN-WONDER 9000 quite some time ago, and use it to recieve/record satalite programs to my hdd
