can you be a bit more specific about the setting and also, whihc of the files do i select for burning, cause i once selected sub already and it only burnt small file. so do i burn the IMG file and if you can please help me with the steps thanks. i will use the CDRWIN provided on this site, but the thing is when you look for the image there is no ccd file that would allow to be selected only the other two files i told you about earlier. thanks for your help

Well here is a bit of knolege.... If you allready knew this, I am sorry. Take your favorite CD, and hold it up to a bright light with the medium facing you.... Do you see any holes, scratchs or little specks of light??? If you do then you have permenant damage. Now weather or not that location on the CD accually has data damage- or if your program is operational without the data-, is allways a big maybe....
If not, you can allways repair the disc. You can use a small amount of corn oil to temporarily patch small deep abrasions. (wipe oil off gently with a soft kleenex before inserting into your drive. Or you can send the disk to me for repair. I have had good results with a blend of mild solvents and teflon brushes to fix any non (medium) damage. I hope that helps.
