I need help, incorrect dvd burn ;(

I used avi2dvd and made an iso image of my movie. Now when I use dvd decrypter or any other like Nero, it will burn the image and everything is there, but when I play the movie on a dvd player it will only play the first minute of the movie then end. There's 3 files, one that is the exact lenght of the first minute, and 2 others that are the rest of the movie. I didn't make chapters for the movie, because I just wanted a full movie without them, do I have to make chapters for the movie to work?

I have all the files inside the iso, Is there a way to edit the iso image and add chapters, i'm pretty sure if I delete the small one, it will burn the first of the 2 movie files and the other wont play. I also have the video_ts and audio_ts files. Any help will be appreciated.
