I have a new computer and I've put Streambox vcr on it, but can't get past the Setting Account window when I try to open it. I have an account but the program doesn't care about that, so I tried setting another and it times out endlessly and never gets registered. Since I have an account, is there a way to get the program to use it? Of course Afterdawn doesnt waste their time on these problems, so I hope someone knows, or if not, can recommend some other software that captures streaming real audio/video files.
