I would like to create my own custom theme for Windows xp. What is a good program to use to do that?

StyleXP - Really good popular program for customizing windows XP.

http://www.themexp.org - Very good site for downloading the themes and styles and other customizable aspects of XP compatible with StyleXP.

lol, my mouse batteries were dying. It just took on a life of its own.
