had x copy 2 years worked perfect until recently/reformat hard drive ,reinstall x copy still have problem of either wont finish finalizing or says check log file but that dosent show my problem..please help.benqdd1240 burner and if it dosent finalize i cant watch movie on computer although x box will play movie
