i had 8mm home movies transfered to dvd. i used dvd shrink to put on my hard drive. but somehow a 3 minute clip is now "layered" into a 15 sec clip.real player shows a 15 sec clip, but when i advance the scroll it will show a different part of the the full clip. i can keep clicking the scroll and will show another part of the video. magic batch converter sees only the 15 sec too. but windows media player will show a 3 minute duration and play the whole clip! what am i doing? or what do i need to do to get these vts files into mpeg or avi so i can edit them in premier?
