Ok now I know I'm not the only one that had problems backing up Bewitched, but please read below and tell me if any one else is having problems just playing the original movie on a computer, is that part of the new protection as well?
Has anyone tried to back up Bewitched yet? If so what program worked for you? I've tried DVD X COPY Platinum(Original 321 Studios), Nero, ICOPYDVDS2, and CloneDVD. I have the lastest version of DVD43, DVD Shrink, DVD Ghost. On top of everything else the original movie won't play on any of my computers, 2 desktops and 1 laptop. (It will play the previews but when you get to the main menu, play, special futures, set up, etc. and click on play you get all of the warnings, etc. and then the screen just stays black/blue. All different brands with different drives including 2 external drives for a total of 8 drives. I used Power DVD, WMP, and Win DVD. It does obviously play on my true DVD player. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. With all of the different options I've tried with no luck I'm wondering if they have finally beaten us.

Sorry catfreak, I said "I just signed up" so I'm NEW and not sure how this whole forum thing works and I made a mistake, so shoot me. I'm not sure why the ! point was nessecary. "There was already a thread about this ... you need to either look or use the 'search' function before starting threads!"

And actually my ?? weren't answered in either of the 2 threads you listed. Why not help me with the correct way instead of just letting me know I'm a big piece of cat turd in your litter box. When you find a thread do you just use "relpy" to get involved with that topic or is there something else i'm supposed to do? Does reply just reply to you (for example) or put it in the mix of the forum thread? I wasn't sure what starting a new thread meant. This is the first forum I have joined so in the past the only thing "thread" was to me was what held my clothes together. I used AnyDVD and CloneDVD2 and it was perfection, whole disc or movie only, PERFECT! Anyway if anyone has read the rest of what I wrote please let me know if you have had the same problem and how you fixed it.

You sure aren't gpnna get anything but a boatload of crap from me if you continue with the bad attitude. Newbies need to show some respect to get any. Go do some damn reading on the various forums if you want some help. In other words .. if you want help, help yourself!!!

Welcome to the forum. Lets see if I can help you. Bewitched can be backed up by using AnyDVD in conjunction w/ Rhrink or Recode or DVDFAB Decrypter( rips to the HD.
Now there are a lot of bad presses going around of Bewitched and I think you might have one. If you can just exchange it and tell the store that there are a lot of bad presses.
Now your copy will not play on the computers but it will on the DVD Standalone players. That suggest that there is a problem w/ the computer drive but you are having that problem w/ 8 drives.
Lets rule out bad press. Carry the DVD to a friends and see if it will play in there DVD Player and computer. While there see if they will allow you to rip the DVD to their HD( use DVDFAB Decrypter- free ) If it rips and plays w/ no problems then you will have to carry your computer to the PC Doc and see where your problem is. It could be a short, overheating ( have you cleaned the computer insides recently by blowing canned air) Cpu going bad, Video card going bad but this is happening in 3 computers so it has to be relatewd.
Have you d/l'd the current DirectX?
