Hey Guys i did a search,and came up with few results,i recently got me sawp magic 3.6 with flip top lid,all installed fine,i was reading,that sometimes the lasers go out dude to reading burn games,can anyone confirmed this,i was gonna go out 2day and buy me a new ps2 just for the safe of it?
Over time, yes that can happen to you, mostly if you use
cheap-o crappy DVD's
But i have been playing back ups on mine for quite a while now with
no problems. Then again i NEVER use crappy media.
Thanks for the reply,seems like im gonna have to go buy some sony dvd-r's and back up my memorex dvd-rs,:-),plus i will be gettin another ps2 today,for my backups :-)
Nah, it's not worthwhile getting another one. More money in your pocket anyway. Chances are it wont happen if you uae good media. My laser needs cleaned atm actually..
But if' youre gonna buy a new PS2 for safety.. you could.. well.. always give it to me 0:) O/j :P
