Yes, 11.99 for 3 Verb DLs is high. I paid 19.99 for three once, just to see what was up with DLs. The last great Verb DL sale that BB had was a 10 pack for 20 bucks. At $2 each, they are still a bit high, but are getting to a price where you can use them more often. I only use my DL Verbs for good movies, where you want/need to keep the whole thing. Most of the time you can just go to movie only option and get the whole movie with little or no compression. What i have started doing is rip the whole dvd with shrink, adjusting the settings and dropping some languages, to get the least amount of compression on the main movie. If the movie is very good, i will do another rip, movie only. So i have 2 discs for one movie, but total cost for 2 discs is .40, and a DL will have a hard time coming down to that price, and if it does, then DVD5's will probably be down to .05 each for quality media by then.
