First clean the DVD, even if its doesn't look dirty. Is it scratched? You will have to hold the DVD up in different light and at different angles possibly so see all of the "blemishes" (dirty spots and/or scratches).

Vattikkzz,
Those scratches will give a computer reading the disk a problem. It will not stop a DVD-Rom from playing it but when you have the reads 0 ans 1 and it is messed up the you get unreadable error. You can set up DVDDecrypter to read through the errors or you can try DVDFAB Decrypter to see if it can rip it through the errors

Its also not the "severity" of the scratches, yet it is where they are physically located on the disc (ie. such as on a "layer break").

Vattikkzz,
Here are the errors:
1.Nero API version: 6.3.1.26
Using interface version: 6.3.1.11
You need to update Nero
2. 14:57:06 #2 DVDREALLOC -24 File DVDVideoCompilation.cpp, Line 1177
One or more files (mostly VOB file(s)) do not belong to the corresponding IFO file
14:57:06 #3 Phase 115 File APIProgress.cpp, Line 273
DVD-Video files reallocation failed
DVDFAB Decrypter failed to allocate the cells properly. Try AnyDVD ( free 21 day trial and there is a special now for AD Members $10.00 off
3. File 'Drivers\InCDfs.SYS': Ver=4, 3, 0, 3, size=92928 bytes, created 27/08/2004 10:02:30 (InCD4 driver for win NT/2K/XP)
File 'Drivers\InCDpass.SYS': Ver=4, 3, 0, 3, size=28672 bytes, created 27/08/2004 10:02:46 (InCD4 driver for win NT/2K/XP)

You have INCD install. Unistall it ( add/remove programs- MODIFY is what you use. Better than that D/L all of Nero's Cleantools and uninstall Nero and then use the cleantools to clean Nero completely off the computer. Then D/L Nero from the website and install everything except INCD ( I think it is the 3rd module) Now try the burn again
