I need an mpeg playback program that's capable of:

1) Playing video out to the secondary device in full screen
2) Selecting the output card

For example, PowerDVD allows you to play video in full screen through the tv out on the same card, while allowing you to still use your monitor for something else. That's the functionality I need.

For example, winamp allows you to select which audio device you want to ouput to. I mean which sound card, not the analog/surround/spif type selection. That's not what I mean.

What I can't find is one video player software (doesn't have to be DVD, just mpgeg playback is fine) that can do the video plus the audio in the way I want it.

So far I've tried PowerDVD, WinDVD, WMP, WinAmp, and VLC, but they either have one or neither functionality, but not both.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
