Decrypter can't handle this disc. A psl file would probably work but I didn't try that route. Used Shrink and AnyDVD - Nero to burn. You'll need DVDFab decrypter (like decrypter but still updated) or AnyDVD running in the background.
Here's some links (there are many) about this movie and what people used:

i first wanna say hello to all... this is my first post here ... i want to thank everyones help that i have used in the past here.... i was able to get Lords of Dogtown Unleashed to copy perfectly and still keep the menus and the extras intact.... heres how i did it if anyone is interested i have a few more theories on other ways to do rips that are nearly impossible.... first i used DVDFab Decrypter with AnyDVD 5.5.1.1 running in the background to a folder on my desktop then i take that VIDEO_TS and use VobBlanker with all the default stuff left alone to get rid of the crap thats not supposed to be there... i used the output from that program and put it in another folder on my desktop... i transfered the AUDIO_TS from the first folder on my desktop to the one where the VobBlanker output was.... then I used CloneDVD2 and pointed the browse option the that final folder on my desktop and just cloned the whole thing and bam ...... got the whole DVD menus and everything

DVD Decrypter will fail on the newer Sony Movies when you use File or ISO mode. Instead use IFO mode. DVD Decrypter will automatically select the main movie. Now look at Chapter 1. Uncheck all of the cells that are from VOB ID 1. You can see by holding your mouse over them and waiting for some info to appear. Most likely you will only need the last 2 cells of this movie. Start from the last cell and go up to speed things up.

Now Rip the movie. This will do the main movie only. For the rest of the Disc Rip in File Mode.

Next step is to use IFOEdit. Launch it and open one of the IFO files. Then press "get VTS Sectors". It will give you a bunch of mesages. just ok them. After a few seconds it will be finished. Close the program and launch it again.

Now open the IFO that belongs to the Main Movie. Click on "Vob Extras=>Strip Streams". Click ok and then it will show you a screen that tells you which streams are part of the movie. Get rid of whatever you do not want, or just keep them all and press OK. After about 10 minutes, IFOEdit will make a completely new VTS with a new IFO. Replace the old files with the ones created.

Close IFOEdit and launch it again. Open any IFO and press "Get VTS Sectors" again. After it finished, close the program. You can now import the movie into DVD Shrink or blank out any extras with VobBlanker.

If you use VobBlanker, to save time, process only the VTS that you will blank. This means do not process the main movie. Depending on the movie, I only blank out the preview and the FBI Warnings. After you finish blanking the files, Launch IFOEdit and do the "get VTS Sectors" thing again.

When you are finish, run it through DVD Shrink. This is to check if there are any problems and to compress if necessary. If the movie analyzes, then there are no problems. If you get an error right away, then there is something wrong, but Shrink will tell you where the error is.

Here is a link to a thread where I posted a guide on the method previously described:

http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/255980

This will also help in using VobBlanker and IFOEdit.
