Hello, I need desperate help with using DVD43. I installed the program and ran it, but my smiley face remains yellow all the time. Even after I load my DVD movie CD, and play it for like 20 mins (10 times the amount others play) the smiley face remains yellow. There seems nothing wrong with it, no errors appear at all. I want to know why the program is not detecting the cd in my DVD drive. Please help~!!!!!!

Have you tried to uninstall it, redownload it and start with a fresh install?

Welcome to the forum.
Sounds like the DVD drive is not detecting a DVD ( you are using a CD) and so DVD43 is not activated. If you have to rip it you can try DVDFAB Decrypter
