What program are you using? Also, what game are you trying to burn?

I just noticed you posted in multiple forums, you should edit before a mod sees it.

You said 52KB, that sounds like a .cue or .mds. What is the file extension of that small file?

What's what mean? The .mds? It's a file of small size, it just contains info on the actual image. Like where it's located, how big it is, what type of image.

It's really easy to burn an .iso file, if you are burning with Nero it cant above 2GB (there crazy) but i know an excellent software tht is meant to be used for ripping dvds but can be used for burnin image files onto a dvd. its called DVD Decrypter once you have downloaded this go to your ISO file right-click and open with DVD Decrypter once you have done this the file will open it will load for a couple of seconds since the file is pretty big but when its done there will be an image showing a hardware-----DVD clik on it and it will start to burn. I am not so sure on how big files this allows you to burn but i have also burned burnout revenge with this and it was about 4 GB.

@g101

It's not that Nero won't burn an .iso over 2gb's, I do this regularly... it's when you're doing a rebuild with Nero burning rom using udf option that no SINGLE file can be over 2gb's.
When using Nero image burning program you can burn any iso file as long as it will fit on the disc basically.
