nothin loads up anymore changed boot to unleshx original was slayer v2.6 but now i jus get error screens when loadin bios all in green writin with an says oops something is wrong list of errors which could b wrong the 06 comes up in corner so it says it a hdd error

it wont even load original microsoft dash wot could this problem b?

will i need 2 format the hdd ifso can i jus take it out attach to norm pc format then wot would i need 2 do from there
