medium error with dvd decrypter--please help

i have been using dvd decrypter forever now and i have not had any problems. but i have had an error the last couple of days that says "medium not present". i have already burned about 10 movies with the discs i have (hp dvd-r 8x) so i don't think it is the discs. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that doesnt help along with restarting my computer. it will not write or copy anything. please help.

Now u try other disc copy can?

Some factors of problems
1) DVD RW drive need a firmware upgrade
2) DVD drive maybe faulty
