i am assuming you are after Hombrew as downloading offical iso/games is illegal.
It tells you what you need and how to use them on the website I posted above.
Bit Tornado is well easy to use and I have been seeing 40 ? 70 KBs download speed
Hide IP is always a good back up software to hide your IP, stops others from seeing what you downloading.
There are some PSP files on Limeware but they are very slow 10KBs download speed at best.
Google them to find out more and where to download them.

Azureus is a very easy to use torrent managment program. I use isohunt.com or torrentspy.com for my torrent searches.

Hi there everyone well im a new psp user and already im happy with the fastloader v7 and umdemulator v8, also having many rom files from ages past im happy that it even plays them through homebrew my mega question is i downloaded rar files that end in .torrent how do i open these up to run through WinRAR to extract the iso files i need to play the games? any one with a mass of knowledge would help me lots YOUR PAL & MINE George Lucas

hey i was looking everywhere for how to play gta on a 1.5 i thought it was impossible i was looking on ebay and some guy is selling the stuff to do it i think it was 5.99 when i brought it but hes selling it for 4 quid now anyway he sent me the iso and a loader and hey presto saves and all very cool game.

The torrent files do not contain the ISOs. You will have to use a bit-torrent program such as Utorrent to open the torrent and download the ISO.
