Max Drive USB stick not working!!!!!

Basicly i borrowed it off my mate so i could do the soft mod But when i plug it into to my comp it says NO volumes that the mac can read (i use a macintosh) and when i plug it in my xbox it says Data has been deleted or something is there anything i can possibly do to make it work and oh yeah wen i Put it in my MAC wen i go to a program called Disk utility i can see it and i delete everything on it it will show on my Desktop as a driver.
