im having trouble with Alice in Wonderland (Masterpiece Edition)

halfway throught decryping it with DVD Decrypter, i get this error box

I/O Error!

Device: [1:1:0] MATSHITA DVD-RAM SW-9585 B100 (E:) (ATA)

ScsiStatus: 0x02
Interpretation: Check Condition

CDB: 28 00 00 1D C8 E0 00 00 01 00
Interpretation: Read (10) ? Sector: 1951968

Sense Area: F0 00 03 00 1D C8 E0 0A 00 15 00 00 11 00 00 00 00 00
Interpretation: Unrecovered Read Error

Welcome to the forum.

1. You need to update your firmware: Go to site below and look for the model #. I think you need P101

Interpretation: Unrecovered Read Error

You have a bad spot on the DVD. Try cleaning real well and then try to rip it again or use DVDFAB Decrypter ( free ) and you can find it on this site at the top under software ( DVD Rippers ) If it fails again then you probably have a faulty mastering production problem ( bad press or a bubble)
