ok guys and girls lol i need help moding my xbox i am using splinter cell for it and i went to load linux on it and it came up with japaneese letters and words i have no clue how 2 mod my xbox i am stuck i need help setting it up with splinter cell

please help!

First off you need to take out your e-mail. Its agaisnt rules to post it due to spamers getting it and hitting you with spam mail.

second go to the link below it is a good guide on softmoding with krazyies installer. It was pretty easy to use.

All I can think of is if you downloaded a softmod installer in Jap thats why your getting it. On the page I gave you it has the splinter cell game exploit linked to the site. just download that and follow the directions.

Do you have WinRAR installed on your computer to extract the file? Or it wont download at all?

If you need WinRAR go to the site below and download the trial version of it. The program is in a zipped file that needs to be extrcted.

I dont go on Xbox live and you use FlashFXP to FTP not softmod.

dude is your Xbox softmodded? If not follow the directions on the site I gave you to softmod. Read all of it.

i did dudeand here is part of it from the web site i am stuck on this part
look
step 1: Install Action Replay Program
step 2: Extract the installer with WinRAR or winace (right click then select extract here)
step 3: Open up the folder untill you find 'udata.zip'
there thats were i am stuck
when i right click on action replay there is no extract here on it so i cant find the udata.zip??

You need to right click or double click the file you downloaded off my site (Krayzie_SC-NTSC_UXE_Installer_Dutch-English_v2[1].8.rar) and extract those files to a place where you can get to.


Once you extract those files it should make a folder with all the files in it, Then go to your Action Replay and go to the directory of the extracted folder and find the udata files there.

dude they are in there if you extrated them correctly they are in the sub folders.

When you extract the RAR file you should get a folder called:

Krayzie_SC-NTSC_UXE_Installer_Dutch-English_v2.8

double click that folder and you will see 2 folders and 2 notepad files named:

SC save1/SC save2/leesmij.txt/readme.txt

and on that site the Splinter Cell guide is right below the MechAsult guide they run togther. READ IT

The UDATA files are in the folders named SC save1/SC save2

read the text files first to get direstions on what to do.

Above your friend said to open up linux on the game save. Has your friend softmodded thier Xbox? if so cant they come help you if your having so many problems. It is kinda hard to help when we give you a guide to follow which is a good guide and you still have trouble getting it done. There isnt much else I can do. I used the guide and I know alot of others that did and they had no trouble with it if you just read and follow the guide and do what it says to do.
