Hi, I'm looking for a little help. No matter what I do, I can't get any of my burned discs to play surround sound. All I get when I have my receiver set to Dolby Surround features is a muffled background and distorted sound - most sound effects are fine, some speech is normal sound but almost all music is extremely faint. In-game there's generally occasional but distorted sound but all cutscenes and title screens are muted. I've burned multiple games with both Nero and DVD Decrypter (and used various media - DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD+RW) plus written at 1-4X (mainly 1X) and encounter the same problem every time. Only if I set my receiver to 7 channel stereo do I get a normal audio output (and I really miss my Dolby surround). Note that all non-burned games and any of my DVDs work fine.
Any help would be appreciated.
