when I download dvd clone and u have a trail period and after the trail period is over I unistall it, now what is left over in my pc that doesn't let me re-download it, it has to leave some trace of it so I don't keep downloading it, how do I bypass this ..any help would be great thank u

You could try google for a reg cleaner, I have heard others at this forum recommend it to remove unwanted item from the registry.

Better yet though, purchase the program from slysoft. It is worth the money and is updated regularly with each new encryption found. People like that deserve our support.

just dl ccleaner it should clean your registry and its free , unless you want to donate to the site
