PS2 DVD burning speed ??? Help !!!

All my ps2 dvd back up I burned it at 2.5x speed. Recently I see someone mentioned if you burn too slow you might have some graphic problem on PS2 like skipping and scrolling. Is that true ?? so far I havent encounter any problem burning at 2.5x EXCEPT I noticed some of games for example GOD OF WAR the background scrolling kind of slow sometimes. it seems like the graphic can not keep up with the way I am running. Anyone have experiencing problem like this ??? what is a good speed to burn ps2 game on ?? 2x, 2.5x or 4x ??? need your help thanks !

I uasly burn at 4x but iv never heard of what your saying above. I do think the reason your God Of War might be acting that way is cause that needed to be rebuilt and that could be the outcome of rebuilding it.

the speed you should burn depends on the speed of the DVD's
that you use.
I use DVD-R 8X and burn them at 4X
4X DVD's you should set DVD Decrypter to 1X
And always use top quality media or that will also give you
audio/video problems beacuse your laser has a hard time reading
the cheap ink on cheap DVD's
Philips,TDK,Verbatim Datalife,Taiyo Yuden,Ritek

I also use 8x DVDs, and burning at 4x always proves successful (for me anyway)
