Hello,
I'm having some problems installing Daemon Tools 3.47 on my machine. Everything goes smoothly until I restart my machine and I get the blue death screen error.

I have previously had Adaptec Easy CD Creator 4 on my computer but I just uninstalled it for compatibility. However, I still get the same error when I restart my machine.

Any help is appreciated, thank you.

have you tried using a different version of Daemon Tools? What windows system are you running?

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:

Ah thought I put that information down, oops -- anyways:
I'm using windows xp pentium 4 processor.

As for trying different versions, no I have not, but I will most certainly try, thank you.

hmmm thats strange, I've never had those problems before? What specifically is the conflict between Daemon Tools and easy CD creator? Maybe there's some remnants of the program left thats conflicting. Have you tried searching in the help of Daemon Tools?

Did some searching through the FAQ and forums and read that roxio easy cd creator can cause some problems with causing the blue screen. other than that i'm not sure. Tried going through my computer and removing every trace of easy cd creator, but still no luck.
