I have an iso image that I want to author to DVD. DVD decrypter wont do it either nero 6 reloaded, is there a media out there I can try that definatly has a chance of working?

as per my sig - Verbatim DataLifePlus, Taiyo Yuden & Ritek G05 are the ONLY media allowed near my Burners.

but hows about we have a look at Nero log then...

...let's have LAST section of your Nero log which lives in c:\program files\ahead\nero\nerohistory.log but DO NOT post your serial number which usually begins with '1A21' or similar. You can differentiate sections via this section divider "====== *** Nero-Burning Rom, History File *** ======"

- InCD is Nero's horrid 'packet writing software', uninstall Nedro then uninstall completely via Nero's Clean Tools, then reinstall Nero WITHOUT installing InCD

Also, the ATAPI drivers have question marks in the version number. reload the drivers via this - http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/FAQ.htm

as per your other link, we need to know what make drive you have before we can get the burner's firmware updated....

here's a reply i made to someone a few month's ago with a similar drive (well a similarly-generically-named drive) -
