I have read several threads on this topic, and im still unsure of how to do this. I downloaded Four Brothers, and its an amazing copy, but its in the form of two AVI's. All i want to know is how to put these 2 AVI's onto one dvd.

Try convert the avis into dvd compliant format with VSO (free version), then burn to dvd with e.g. Nero:

http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_encoders/v...

Just keep adding the avis before hitting 'convert'.
