Help, can't change the language: UltimateSpiderMan.PAL.MULTi4

The downloading went fine (6days). The file is: "XBOX-Ultimate.Spider-Man.PAL.MULTi4.DVDFull.[www.xbox-rip.com].rar"
used the winrar to extract it to image file, and then burn it with nero to dvd. The game worked fine, only one problem, spider-man speaks french. The nfo file that came with the game says: "LANGUAGE: Multi4 ENG/SPA/GER/FRA"
How do I change the language to english?
Before the burning, in the game, I don't know.
Please help.
