I've used Alcohol, Nero, DVD Decrypter and have never had problems with either program. All made fully working backups. I just happen to use DVD Decrypter the most as a preference.

Computer Specs:
AMD Athlon64 3700+ (oc'ed to 2.5Ghz)
2gb OCZ premier RAM
ASUS A8R-MVP motherboard
two ATi X1600 Pro 512mb each running in Crossfire
Thermaltake Silent Purepower 500W PSU
LG DVD +/-RW drive 4120
ACER 19" LCD 1916B
On-Board 5.1 w/ Logitech X530 speaker system

Same here, and I think DVD Decrypter is more user-friendly.
