Hello,

I just bought a flip top cover for my PS2; I followed the online instruction on how to install it. I made sure it was the V9&10 instructions, but for some reason I turned on my PS2 after I installed the flip top cover and it made so much noise. I was trying to play Hulk, and I couldn't because it couldn't read the disk, however when I opened the cover up while the CD was spinning, it Didn't make any noise and it played just fine! (I do not want to play while the cover CD is open fearing that it may spin loose or damage my game or PS2) I was wondering if anyone had this problem when they installed the flip top cover V9&10, or know of a solution how to fix this issue. Thanks in advance!!!

Did you have a problem keeping the cd spinning? mine keeps on coming off for some reason. any info would be great!!

Did you install the magnet on your new flip top if it wasnt already there, if you didnt that is the reason why it keeps making noise and y ur cd fall off.

Magnet??? sorry I didn't know there was a magnet.

Oh wait do you mean the little white circle disk that clips on the center of the flip top cover?
