I am looking for a good software or freeware to download good quality movies with sound in the right spot with out paying any type of fee. I know it's a lot to ask for but I'm sure its out there.

Plenty of freeware/opensource software (emule, bittorent clients, etc), the content however probably isn't free, well that is to say it is free, but not legally free since you probably don't own the copyright.
