Ok, here is the story.

My friend was messing with the slayers disc I had, and hit something, thought he messed up, and turned it off. (Im guessing he formatted). When I turned it on it was error 13, and I could play games still, but the next day, error 16.

Luckily I backed up my eeprom. Now here is the problem. I burned a copy of XboxHdm with my eeprom and my other xbox files to a cd (all in the correct folders). I started it up, and now whenever I go to unlock my Xbox harddrive (with the xbox hard drive powered on, of course) it gives me an error that no drive is connected.

So I took an older PC hd, and decided to hook it up. XboxHdm successfully connected to it. I first generated an HD Key, and then built a new Xbox from scratch (I had C drive in the folders). After it finished, I locked it and put it in my xbox, and I am still getting an error 16. I cannot unlock the drive now though.

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong, and why it cannot unlock the hd, even with the eeprom?
