im trying to run roxio zapper but i keep getting this message "the burning engine has been detected and may be used by other roxio products, click ok to exit". i have already uninstalled roxio. why isnt it working??

did you have the drag to disc program with roxio and are you sure its deleted from your system?

go into your c drive and make sure all the folders(roxio) are deleted ,if not delete them reboot run the zapper reboot and see if that works
