when patching the DNAS id, do you patch the MDS file?

An MDS file is much like an ISO, but I'm not sure if WinDip knows how to handle an MDS file. You can try to change the filename to .iso (I've had to do that to some MDS files to get them to burn) and patch it that way, then try changing it back when its done.

but dont you usually burn the MDS file, meaning you should patch the MDS file

What did you use to create the image, DVD Decrypter or Alcohol 120%? Do you have a mdf, mds, or iso files?
