USB key on ps2 for save game transfers?

Is there any software out there that lets me use usb keys to transfer ps2 save game to my pc and back to my playstation memory card?

BUY action replay max. works great. just don't delete files using it as there is a bug that will corrupt your mem card.

I took a look at action replay max. I read some things about it and it doesn't mention whether it can let me transfer save games to a usb key.
In the package it looks like there is something like usb key, is this the thing i used to transer my saves? and does it have to be this key or can i use any generic usb key?

there is "action replay max" and "action replay max evo". both are the same software, but "evo" comes with a small usb drive. i have "action replay max" and my own usb drive and it works great. i'm mot sure about
usb drive compatibility, but i know sandisk works. i set up my independance exploit using armax.
