!yes im brand new to this sight i had a huge problem hop eu guys can help i was wondering im using this program dvd santa and it works pretty good it takes my movies right off wher ei download and encodes and burns i havnt had any problems till now !!!!!!a movie i downloaded said AUDIO FORMAT IS NOT SUPPORTED!!!!! AND now all of them do that from xvid i havnt had problems befor with xvid rips!!! CAN U GUYS PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I CAN DOWNLOAD TO FIX THIS PROGRAM OR WHAT I MIGHT BEABLE TO FIX THIS I TRYED AC3 IS STILL SAYS "AUDIO FORMAT NOT SUPPORTED !!!!!!OR A PROGRAM SO IT WILL SUPPORT THE AUDIO !!!! OR MAYBEE ANOTHER PROGRAM THAT WILL CONVERT AND ENCODE AND BURN JUST LIEK DVD SANTA? THANKS GUYS GET BACK CHRIS

1) Some of your codecs might have been corrupted. You may try download and install K-Lite codec Pack (full or mega version) to see if things are better:

2) DVDSanta might not be integrating well with the codecs. For that, you may try convert to dvd compliant format with another program (e.g. VSO) to see how things go:

3) If the above still wouldn't work, you may try change the codec of the AVI with e.g. Power Video Converter or Advanced X Video Converter (try set video to XviD and audio to mpeg layer 3), then try convert again.
