I cant get my new hard drive to work is there something else i need to do besides just hook it up. It tells me to contact customer support and gives me a 6

Um ya, you need to format it with evox or something. And if you are softmodded you have to do WAY more than that.

Start searching cause I doubt anyone will walk you through this, especially with the amount of info you left here.

that what has happened to mine when i go for UDE install and Uninstall it says it couldnt turn UDE off because they couldn't find my MS Dashboard. I can also not go into XBL which is a bummer i have delted EVOX i think off my harddrive but still no luck!
