As of today, my DVD ROM is ripping really slow, taking like 35 - 40 mins to rip to the hard drive. It was fine yesterday and now it moves like molasses. It is a Pioneer slot drive the 102S. Does anyone know what may have happened.

its probably got into PIO mode you need to get it back to DMA mode
