I have a mates PSTwo with an Apple 70k modchip + neo fix installed. He said it was going fine but would not read all games. The problem is that when I plugged it in and tried to turn it on the green light will stay on for about 2 seconds and then go back to the red light. I checked the chip and everything seems ok and cannot see anything shorting out.

Beats me
Can anyone shed some light on this shitbox of a problem?

Not sure what country you are in but either phone or send an e-mail to someone at www.quantronics.com.au and ask them what it could be.
