PSP SCREEN screw up

i have a PSP and in the middle of the screen the screen in like bruised and it is slighly darker in this area. is there anything i can do to fix this , thanks

You either have some dead pixels or there is realy something wrong if the psp has not been opened (will loose garranty or warranty if you do)then you can return it to the store but u will have to wait a few weeks. Sony will give you a new one or a refurished one and i heard that maybe you money back (Great if you do not like the PSP).
