The only method which works is using ARPatcher.

PAL2NTSC seems to make the game unplayable, so
there is no Y-Fix available as far as I can tell.

If there are any other methods to adjust the 'y-issue'
with the screen positioning, all help is welcome.

The patch with the Y-Fix works, just if you load it using the Y-Fix, it crashes. So if that's the only patcher you have, you can use it, but the game will be off ceneter and stretched way too big for your TV.
