If you order the slide tool make sure its for your version of PS2 it should come with instructions on how to install and use.

I would suggest getting a fliptop alot easier to use and not that much more $8 to $10 more. I paid $32 for combo of fliptop and swap magic 3.6. But of course if you get the fliptop you will be voiding your warenty if you still have one. Cause you will have to take the top of the slimline. But that was easy and had instructions with it.

I ordered mine at the link below and got great service and fast shiping. within 2 days.

If you have the slimline ps2 the easiest thing to get is the magic switch + swap magic discs.. look here for info:-

http://www.swapmagic3.com/Swap_Magic_Feature.htm

take a look at this thread http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/252193 it has lots of info on it especially for newbies.
If you have any further questions, use the search feature first to see if there are answers to qour questions already (chances are that it has already been asked and answered many times before) and then if you still can't find answers to your questions, then post a thread asking for help and give as much info on your problem as possible.
If you're too lazy to read through posts to find the answers and just post questions that have been asked a hundred times before... don't expect many people to answer you as we all get annoyed at the same questions being asked over and over again... not saying that this is you, but we find it a lot lately that people can't be bothered to do their own research.

That being said, welcome to the forum. It's a great place to find out lots of useful info on many different subjects if you use it wisely and treat people who try to help you with the respect they deserve for giving up their own free time to help you.

good luck
