Problems using AVItoDVD and DivXtoDVD

Niether of these programs work correctly for me when converting from AVI to an ISO. AVItoDVD seems to stretch everything on me (everything is taller in the video) and DivXtoDVD throws the sound and video out of synch.

Is there something silly I'm overlooking??

There are always DVDSanta and Winavi ...

But what do you intend to do with the iso?

Maybe it's not really an ISO file...lol. I just tried using those programs to convert from an AVI file to a file format that would allow me to use DVD Decrypter or DVDShrink to make a DVD.

Just want to play the file son my DVD player.

In that case, you may try convert to dvd compliant format with DVDSanta or Winavi to see if things are better.
