was playing Conker game started freezing up and audio video was out of sync,so figured hey lets clean the dvd rom with a cd dvd cleaner (Phillop[s/Magnovox Performax) rebooted xboz now wobr readany DVDs nor the lens cleaner cd. Plwase help
