I have encoded an AVI, to a mpeg! I used mainconcept Mpeg encoder. But I tried burning it to DVD using TMPEGnc, but the resolution on the Mpeg is not allowed? How can I change this please?

The only way to change the resolution is to encode it again. If it's SVCD resolution (480x480 NTSC or 480x576 PAL) you could use DVD-Lab to make a non-standard DVD that will play in most standalones.
