Tried flashing my brother-in-laws Sony CRX-216E several months ago - didnt work with program from other website, no backup option - it upgraded the unit to the CRX-230A, still doesnt burn - reads fine - no write.I want to try mtkflash if I can find any binaries for the CRX-216E, then use the dell update i just found on thier website.
