Gee, no kidding... :)
The whole story mode just sucks *ss, no real choice over how your character looks, what his name is, stance, etc.. very annoying if you're used to a skater with a goofy stance...
And indeed, there are still loading times when quickly moving around with busses etc.
All in all, i'd say the worst rip off in years.
