I got a psp with 1.5 how do I get do play games with buying it

Im kinda new to this how do I change my back ground, play videos, plays games (psp, snes, genesis, nes etc) games, and webbrowsing without buying the actual games. I have check the forums and all I still dont whats is roms, iso, emulators ? any one could help ?

Well, long story. If you want to play emulators (roms) and ISOs (backup games), you have to downgrade your PSP to v1.50

The emulators are suck. The best of downgrading PSP to v1.50 is to play ISOs, to back up your PSP games, to save MONEY.

emus dont SUCK thats just your opinion.

Change BG: PSPSet or PSPersonalise
Play Vids: put M4VXXXXX.MP4 files in ms0:\MP_ROOT\100MNV01
Or use PSPMediaCenter
EMUS: DOwnload then install them. They should come with readmes.
ISOs: UMD Emulator or Fastloader.

ROMS: Old classic games. A ROM file is a old console file. An example of a NES rom would be "mario.nes", a SNES "ALLSTARS.smc" gba "PokemonRuby.gba" etc etc etc.

ISOS: Game image files. PSP games. Download them onto your MS and you are playing the PSP games you buy from the shops.

HOMEBREW: Home-made games.

FIRMWARE: The current version of your PSP's "OS". HOMEBREW only works on 1.0 and 1.5 and NOT 1.51+ however you can downgrade from 2.00.

EMULATORS: Programs that run ROMS. A SNES emulaot runs SNES games, a Genesis Emu runs Genesis ROMS.

WEBBROWSING: Get the Fired Up Browser.

for ROMS search google for ROMS like SNES ROMS or GBA ROMS.

for ISOS use a torrent site like torrentreactor.net isohunt.com thepiratebay.org and search for PSP ISOS. dld the torrent, use a torrent program like bitcomet and dld the ISO.
